A group fitness class with people doing yoga or stretching exercises on black mats, and a female instructor standing in front, leading the class, in a room with light-colored walls and wooden flooring. The instructor is wearing a sleeveless black top and black leggings, and the wall behind her has the words "form & flow" written on it.

Niamh & Freya, the sister dream team!

We’re both equally passionate about creating the most supportive, friendly environment to foster your growth and transformation through movement.

Our classes are fun, light hearted and designed to make you feel confident in your body’s capabilities. We strive to bring just the right amount of challenge to each class, giving you the chance to work on your weaknesses and ensure you always leave feeling accomplished.

About Niamh-

I’ve been coaching for 8 years full time. I started with shadowing and coach development in a functional fitness gym. I developed a passion for understanding movement mechanics and how to convey that to others.  I qualified as a PT, opened my home gym, and quickly built up a consistent client base through referrals and word of mouth.

During lockdown I studied an extensive nutrition course and a mental health certification designed to support clients in movement for a truly holistic approach. That’s when I also began to practice Pilates. Pilates helped me to strengthen a previous injury, and I knew I wanted to share this with my clients. I completed my mat qualification first, and then fell in love with reformer. My clients did too, and I’ve taught thousands of sessions on the reformer, and unable to keep up with the demand I made the leap to open form & flow studio.

About Freya-

I began practicing pilates in lockdown with Niamh and we soon realised how beneficial reformer was to us. I ride competitively in dressage, and although I’ve always been active I truly saw the benefits to my riding once I added reformer to my routine. Seeing the progress I had made, sparked me to want to share this form of movement with others and I knew I wanted to become a pilates instructor.

Alongside taking classes, I specialise in ‘reformer for riders’, offering tailored 1:1 and small group private sessions for those looking to experience the same transformation that I did.
